1. License & Intellectual Property

All source code, graphics, audio, character design, logos, and trademarks associated with Helionyx Inc. and Fly for Peace are the exclusive intellectual property of Helionyx Inc. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Limitation of Liability

Helionyx Inc. provides its software "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Helionyx Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.

User Data Deletion Request

Google Play Store policy requires developers to provide a clear mechanism for users to request account and data deletion.

If you wish to delete your application data, high scores, or associated cloud records created within Fly for Peace or other Helionyx Inc. apps, please follow these steps:

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

1. Send an email to support@helionyxinc.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your App User ID or connected platform ID (e.g., Google Play Games ID or Apple Game Center ID).
3. Upon verification, we will permanently purge all telemetry and cloud-stored records associated with your account within 30 days.

Note: Local game saves on your physical mobile device can be permanently erased by uninstalling the application or clearing the application storage via your device settings.
